La Salmoreteca, is a unique gastronomical concept, is the sum of ideas, hopes and thoughts, that mix to produce one of the most main recipes of the Spanish’s, Andalusia’s and Cordoba’s gastronomy.
La Salmoreteca has worked for years in the search of recipes, variations and evolution of the salmorejo. Delving into its origins, they have developed a map of tastes and trends with over 600 different varieties. A way to reinterpret the good-old salmorejo, strictly observing every ingredient throughout the whole process of elaboration and, following a detailed analysis to reveal the aromatic combinations according to the symphony of components.
Thanks to the combination of passion of a team of over 20 people, we achieved the dream of La Salmoreteca converting into a project, and the project into a reality.
